Ty Rose
Ty is an experienced Operations Executive with more than 16 years of experience driving growth across multiple industries for both Fortune 500 and Private Equity-backed companies. He has conducted Mergers & Acquisitions, prepared companies to sell, and transformed business units to increase productivity and profitability while focusing on leadership development and growth. Prior to transitioning into the corporate world, he served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, serving in multiple roles in an infantry battalion and deploying overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Ty earned his B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy and his M.A. in Global Business Management from the University of Alabama, and also went through a multi-year graduate program through Harvard University for Corporate Finance and M&A. He currently resides outside Dallas, TX, with his wife and 2 kids.
Mike Harris
Mike is a PE turnaround exec with 16+ years of experience driving growth across multiple industries and portfolio companies. Possessing both private and public company experience, Mike has worked for a Fortune 500 company as well as three PE firms. Between 2018 and 2021, Mike has led two companies through a private equity sale/transaction. Prior to transitioning to the civilian sector, Mike was a Navy Logistics Officer on Guided Missile Destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) and a Finance Officer for Naval Special Warfare Group ONE supporting 5 Navy SEAL teams on the west coast. He deployed overseas twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terror.
Mike earned his BS in engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in Business Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. He currently resides outside Philadelphia, PA, with his wife and 3 boys.
Chris Cynkar
Chris brings more than 20 years of business ownership, finance and advisory experience to his partnerships. A licensed CPA who began his career with Arthur Andersen, Chris has owned businesses since 1999 in diverse industries including healthcare, industrial services, beauty and professional advisory including many of which he served as the active CEO. In addition to his executive experiences, Chris actively seeks to develop working partnerships with talented operators to found and grow new businesses.
Currently, Chris serves as a Franchise Consultant with FranChoice while also advising middle market companies on cost analytics. Chris earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an MSIA degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Chris has lived most of his life in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and their 3 children.
